Aquatec Divers is British owned and is based in Ayia Napa Cyprus.

We are professional Instructors and all our training courses are run to the guidelines as laid down by the Training Agencys. This means our Instructors hold a Commercial Diving Medical and insurance, and are trained in First Aid, CPR and Advanced 02 Administration.

We specialise in small groups and personal tuition covering all Scuba Diving International (SDI) and Technical Diving International (TDI) courses, from Scuba Discovery to Advanced Trimix Diver. We also offer Oxygen Equipment Service Technician, Nitrox Gas Blender and Advanced Gas Blender courses and the full range of (DAN) Divers Alert Network courses.

Diving

There is virtually no tide or current in Cyprus and the water temperature is 17c in the winter and 28c in the summer, combine this with 30 metre plus visibility and its a perfect place to go diving anytime.

Only 40 minutes from Ayia Napa/Protaras by car you have one of the best wreck dives in the med, "The Zenobia". This wreck is 18 metres to the top and 42 metres to the sea bed. At 200 metres long this roll on roll off 12,000 ton ferry sank on its maiden voyage in 1980 with its cargo still on board, and it has long been, and still is one of the best wreck dives in Cyprus.

There is lots of deep water around the coast of Cyprus which makes it ideal for all types of diving and training.

Our Facility

You can bring whatever the airlines will allow, but don't worry if you cant bring everything as we have a extensive range of rental equipment including Aquazepp scooters, delayed surface marker buoys, wings backplate's, weights, wet suits, regulators, cylinders, twin sets and sidemounts. So whether you're going on a diving only holiday or away with family or friends we can build a course around your vacation.
